I'm only giving 4 stars because I like Trader joes. My visit on 8/12/2026. Was ok to i checked out. The casher put my full order in one bag and was extremely happy for her self due to being able to fit it in. My tortias where smashed in the bag a few times when she was putting everything in. I couldn't carry the bag by the handles. I was extremely upset leaving there. I didn't say anything to the cashier to not make a seen. I just to make management aware that not every preson can carry heavy bags on there own and would have found carring my bag difficult.

Whats NOT to like?!Flowers, plants, BEAUTIFUL produce, tons of vegan and vegetarian options. Lots of other delicious stuff for those who eat meat. I also use their skin care products and they have helped save my face

I always stop here on my way out of town. A great selection of ethnic food in descent prices and ever refreshing novelties. Love their soup dumplings, gyozas, cheese varieties and Bamba (if you know you know)😄

This was my first time in a Trader Joe’s and I must say it lived up to all the positive comments my wife and daughter had to say about it. The vibe is totally different than a normal supermarket and this location even has many Penn State murals throughout the walls. Many of the grocery items appeared unique to Trader Joe’s, healthier and organic. After trying a few items that we purchased, I can confirm they are really good! Pricing for the items at Trader Joe’s is also cheaper than at other grocery store chains brands. The staff at Trader Joe’s also made it a pleasant visit as they were friendly and scanned our items similar to a Costco. I highly recommend and will certainly revisit when visiting Penn State.

I found the place fascinating. As a visitor to US, this was my first experience of what is essentially a small supermarket with carefully selected products. The place was buzzing with people when I visited but there were no delays at checkout. The product range can only be described as interesting and I managed to find a few items that I had not seen elsewhere like the honey sesame toasted cashew nuts. My son was interested in picking frozen meals for his college dorm and he ended up picking variety of meals including Indian meals. Certainly an interesting place to stock the kitchen.
